Glenforsa Farm Shop & Cafe

Glenforsa Café & Farm Shop is a newly established destination on the Isle of Mull, offering a unique blend of local produce, delicious meals, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Opened in 2024 by India Radford and Max Kinder, Glenforsa draws from the island’s abundant resources and the talents of its producers. Set along the shores of the River Forsa, the café and farm shop celebrate the essence of slow, purposeful cooking and sustainable living.

Café

The café at Glenforsa provides a relaxed dining experience, emphasising fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu changes seasonally, reflecting the best produce available from the island and surrounding areas. Highlights include delicious homemade cakes, pastries, and comforting hot dishes made with farm-fresh ingredients. Visitors can also enjoy wood-fired pizzas during the evenings from Thursday to Saturday, alongside a carefully curated selection of drinks, including locally brewed beers and artisanal coffees.

Farm Shop

The farm shop offers an impressive range of artisan food products and handcrafted items from Mull and Scotland. Shoppers can find everything from locally produced meats and cheeses to homemade jams, chutneys, and baked goods. In addition to food, the shop stocks beautiful crafts and gifts that reflect the spirit of the island, making it an ideal place to pick up something special.

Glenforsa’s design features a contemporary farmhouse aesthetic, with a mix of rustic charm and modern comforts. Great coffee shop. We arrived in the period between breakfast and lunch when they weren’t taking orders for food but there was pastries and cakes available to munch on with out coffee. Nice little shop in the corner selling gifts and local food produce.

An excellent addition to Mull’s cafe offering. Easily the best coffee we have had on the island. Super space with comfy armchairs upstairs to enjoy our morning coffee and croissant. Nice views all around . The girls who work the front of house were all charming. We also enjoyed pizza night . Nice thick crust bases from the wood fired oven with interesting toppings . All in all Glenforsa Cafe added to our 3rd stay on this amazing island

A really wonderful spot to visit, we had a dog with us and the team were lovely in helping us to settle her in a good spot. The lunch was fantastic, with a wide choice - and great coffee! The views were superb, we would have returned for pizzas if we had been on Mull for longer. The atmosphere was relaxed, with plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs as well as outside. Good parking for a slightly longer vehicle.

We drove past a few times during the week and on our last day on Mull we decided to visit on the way back from a walk. They were dog friendly and very friendly. Great food and best coffee on Mull.Is a very modern building which stands out. Would be great to have a EV Rapid Charger.

On our recent trip between Tobermory and the Craignure ferry port, we stumbled upon the brand new Glenforsa Cafe & Farm Shop. This place is a delightful find with its modern design and a spacious parking lot that adds convenience to its charm.The cafe offers a cozy and comfortable setting to enjoy high-quality, freshly made cakes, pastries, and hot dishes, all featuring produce directly from their farm. The cashless payment system adds a modern touch, making the service smooth and fast.
